What if I'm not satisfied with my order or it was not received?
Providing exceptional edible gifts and superior customer service is important to all of us at sendasweetie.com. We guarantee the freshness of our sweeties for 4 days after it leaves our kitchen. If there's something we've done and you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll redeliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable replacement if the original product is not available.
What are my Shipping Options?
Our treats are typically delivered 2 day shipping. They arrive fresh and yummy. If you have an overnight delivery, we can accommodate that too!! Reoccurring deliveries - If you have specified that you would like a sweetie to be delivered each time the event occurs (ex. Birthday or anniversary), we will ship it 2 days before the date. You will be notified via email before we ship it in case you want to modify the order in any way.
